A Quantum Portfolio Warrant is a structure that allows you to buy a portfolio of shares or managed funds using your equity and borrowed funds. A Quantum Portfolio Warrant is an instalment warrant. You make an upfront equity payment and then the final payment (loan) to take possession of the underlying investments. This allows you to buy the shares or managed funds for a fraction of the current price, while receiving the benefits of any capital growth, dividend returns and tax deductions.
