Brent Mulligan
Fund Manager
Mr. Brent Mulligan is a licensed real estate manager with over 15 years of property and finance experience. Mr. Mulligan worked for eight years in investment banking at UBS (London), Credit Suisse (Singapore) and Deutsche Bank (Sydney). Prior to joining Quantum he ran his own business providing property consultancy services to a number of the property funds across Australia. He has executed over A$850 million worth of transactions.
Mr. Mulligan is responsible for the financial modeling for the acquisition and disposal of property and development projects and the management and delivery of newly acquired assets within the current opportunity funds.
Mr. Mulligan received a Bachelors degree in Commerce in 1991, obtained a Diploma in Applied Finance at the Securities Institute of Australia in 1994 and obtained his real estate license in 2004.
Brooke Veenstra
Senior Asset Manager
Brooke Veenstra has over 10 years of finance and property experience. Prior to joining Quantum Brooke spent 5 years in the Uk managing a team of project and letting staff with various private developers through an agency in Central London, where she obtained a diploma in Asset Management and Project Management.
Miss Veenstra is responsible for overseeing the analysis of property approvals, finance procurement and modelling as well as general management of the structured products division.
Miss Veenstra has obtained her diploma in Asset Management and Project management as well as her licence in Real Estate in 2001.
Paul Kempton
Portfolio Administration Manager
Mr. Paul Kempton joined Quantum in May 2009 expanding upon his extensive experience in the funds management, specifically in the superannuation administration industry dating back to 1991.
Mr Kempton has held a variety of administration roles in fund managers such as MLC, AM Corporation and recently with Fiducian. These roles encompassing all aspects of the industry including marketing, distribution, communications, account management and particularly administration and management of client investments.
Felicia Jamieson
Tax & Accounting Manager
Ms. Felicia Jamieson CPA is a qualified accountant and is responsible for services provided by Quantum Accounting Practice which includes tax, accounting and advice to predominantly high wealth individuals and businesses. Felicia joined Quantum in August 2005 and had brought over ten years' extensive experience to the firm.
Felicia previously worked with Trust Company of Australia Limited where her role encompassed the management of taxation issues for both corporate listed trusts and elite client base. Prior to that Felicia worked within a number of diverse accounting practices whose client turnover was in excess of A$50 million.
Vincent Lai
Internal Portfolio Auditor
Mr. Vincent Lai CPA is a senior accountant with over eight years experience in various accounting roles, predominantly in public practice.
He joined Quantum in 2006 and holds a senior accounting position, responsible for risk-based compliance audits; conducts ad hoc internal reviews and investigations and provides monthly reporting services on the Portfolio Warrants assets and loan book.
Stephen Kim
Senior Tax Accountant
Mr. Stephen Kim CA is a qualified accountant who provides technical expertise to the firm in the areas of tax and self managed superannuation funds. He also supervises and ensures high quality of work by the firm's accountants.
Prior to joining Quantum in April 2006, Stephen has had prior experience in a Chartered accounting firm providing similar tax, accounting and business services advice to high wealth individuals and small to medium sized businesses.
